Still Running

So, I've run maybe four times since Thanksgiving... I had planned to slow down a little on my workouts during the Holidays before training for a half marathon this spring, but wasn't planning to relax this much. Oops... Anyway, I ran a 3 miler during my lunch hour today and will shoot for a long run this weekend.
